Syabany Platform Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Syabany Platform! By using our platform, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, do not use this platform.

1. Account Terms

  • Users must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 13 are prohibited from using this platform.
  • Users are obliged to provide accurate information when registering and to keep their password confidential. Any suspicious activity on an account must be reported to Syabany Platform immediately.
  • Syabany Platform reserves the right to verify user accounts at any time for the security of the platform.

2. Platform Usage Terms

Users must use the platform in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and for technology, digital learning, and professional service purposes.

Users are fully responsible for any technical content they upload (code, documentation, project files) and must ensure that such content does not infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

Prohibited activities:

  • Uploading technical content that is unlawful, harmful, or offensive
  • Spreading viruses, malware, or other malicious code
  • Disrupting the platform's systems or other users' projects
  • Accessing other users' accounts or projects without authorization
  • Using automated methods to collect technical data from the platform
  • Impersonating other developers or technology professionals

3. Platform Feature Terms

Features such as Growth Space (courses, events, e-books), Services (professional technology services), and Client Space (technology project management) are designed for the technology community and digital professionals.

Content available in Growth Space and the Blog is informational in nature about technology, digital services, and technical learning, and cannot be used as a substitute for professional technical consultation.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

  • The entire platform and its content (except content uploaded by users) are the property of Syabany Platform and are protected by copyright law.
  • Copyright in content uploaded by users remains with the respective user.

5. Payment and Technology Service Terms

This platform uses Midtrans as its payment gateway to process payments for technology services and digital products.

Payment Models:

  • One-time technology services (one-time service) for software development projects, system design, or technical consultation
  • Technology courses and e-books with lifetime access
  • Technology merchandise and digital products

Technology Project Management:

  • Each purchase of a one-time technology service creates a trackable project
  • Technology project status is updated in real time
  • Clients can communicate with technicians/professionals through the internal system
  • The platform provides milestone management and quality testing for technology projects

6. Technology Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Purchases of technology courses and e-books are non-refundable once access has been granted.
  • One-time technology services may be cancelled before they start and will be subject to a 25% administration fee.
  • Technology projects that have passed the first milestone cannot be fully cancelled.
  • Refunds for technology merchandise follow the shipping policy and the condition of the product.

7. Technology Intellectual Property Rights

  • The entire platform and its content (except technical content uploaded by users) are the property of Syabany Platform and are protected by copyright law.
  • Copyright in technology course content, e-books, and technical learning materials belongs to Syabany Platform or its partner technology providers.
  • Copyright in code, technical documentation, and projects uploaded by users remains with the respective user.
  • Users grant a non-exclusive license to use the technical content they upload in the context of the platform's services.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • The platform is provided "as is" without any guarantee that it is free from errors or system disruptions.
  • Syabany Platform is not responsible for content uploaded by users or for the actions of other users.
  • Syabany Platform is not responsible for the results of services ordered by users through the platform.

9. Technical Content Usage Terms

Users may only use the technical content available on the platform for personal development, technology learning, and professional reference.

Prohibited Uses of Technical Content:

  • Copying, distributing, or reproducing technical content commercially
  • Using code or technical documentation for unlawful projects
  • Quoting technical content without clearly citing the source
  • Selling or transferring access to technical content to third parties
  • Using technical content to imitate or develop a competing platform

10. Changes to the Terms & Conditions

Syabany Platform reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time in accordance with operational needs and applicable law.

Changes will be announced through the platform and by email, and take effect from the date of publication.

By continuing to use the platform after the changes take effect, you are deemed to agree to the new terms and conditions.
